1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between 1PRO Transport and its customers regarding the provision of moving services, including cost estimation, move planning, logistics, and the execution of the moving service.

2. Nature of the Service

1PRO Transport is responsible for organising and carrying out the moving services requested by the customer, from the preparation of the quotation through to the successful completion of the move.

3. Quotes and Orders

Any quotation generated through our website or prepared by our team is an estimate based on the information provided by the customer. It becomes binding only after written confirmation (signature or email confirmation) by both the customer and 1PRO Transport. Any significant changes to the moving requirements (volume, distance, access conditions, or additional services) may result in a revised quotation.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are established by 1PRO Transport based on the approved quotation. Payment terms are specified when the order is confirmed (deposit, balance due upon completion, and accepted payment methods). Any additional services requested on the moving day that are not included in the original quotation will be invoiced separately.

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or modify their booking free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled moving date. After this period, 1PRO Transport reserves the right to charge all or part of the quoted amount to cover organisational costs already incurred.

6. Liability and Insurance

1PRO Transport is responsible for the proper execution of the moving service. Our team is covered by professional insurance against damage that may occur during transportation and handling, in accordance with the terms of our insurance policy. Customers are responsible for declaring any high-value items before the move in order to ensure appropriate insurance coverage.

7. Personal Data

Information collected through our contact or quotation forms is used exclusively by 1PRO Transport to process your request and manage your moving project. In accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us at contact@1protransport.com.

8. Complaints

Any complaint regarding the execution of the moving service must be submitted by post or by email to our customer service department within seven days of the moving date.

9. Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall be the one having jurisdiction over the registered office of 1PRO Transport.
